One number for what she's proven
Every ewe and sire earns production points from registry lambing records. The more points, the more proven the production. Points come from four things:

Lamb crop
Every registered lambing earns points. Twins earn the most.

Lambing interval
How regularly she lambs, year after year.

Sustained production
Lambings over a working lifetime, not one good year.

Pedigree production
Proven production in her sire, dam and ancestors adds points.
